Discover your inner strength and say: Thanks, I can defend myself!
Do you know where your power comes from? From confidence and composure. From speed and decisive reactions. From the ability to use an attacker’s force against them. From good reflexes.
Take care of your safety and learn basic self-defense techniques. From the very beginning, in the company of other women and in an atmosphere of acceptance. You don’t need to be especially fit or to have any prior martial arts experience!
During the course you’ll learn how to act and what to avoid in dangerous situations. You’ll practice the most effective strikes and kicks. You’ll begin to build defensive reflexes. You’ll improve your endurance and reaction time. You’ll learn how to manage the fear of a possible attack. You’ll gain greater self-confidence.
We have conducted self-defense workshops for NOKIA, Infinity Ward, State Street, EPP, Globalworth, INNOGY, ArcelorMittal, the Siemacha Association, CISCO Systems, the University of Economics and Computer Science in Kraków, the Chamber of Bailiffs in Kraków, Jacobs, the Podgórze Cultural Center, and many other companies and institutions.
Our latest beginner self-defense course is the result of over ten years of work (we’ve been active since 2011!). During this time, we’ve organized more than 100 open editions, with over 1,200 participants training with us!
It’s a mix of exercises, practical knowledge, and movement-based games. To make your new skills stick, we’ve prepared training sessions, mini-lectures, movement games, and a set of instructional videos..
Gift! A set of SELF-DEFENSE technique VIDEOS!
You’ll get access to videos demonstrating the techniques we teach in the course. You can revisit them anytime (even five years later!), refresh what you’ve learned, and practice at home. This way, your newly acquired skills will stay with you for as long as you want!
